Hand-built in Miro or Figma, they took hours to produce and rarely made sense to anyone outside the team that created them. With no shared pattern to follow, maps were inconsistent across squads and almost always incomplete.
The solution
Journey Studio is a purpose-built user journey tool that lets anyone produce clear, intuitive diagrams with the right level of detail at every step. Journeys can be drawn manually, or generated by AI from meeting transcripts or photos of existing diagrams.
