Hippograph is a privacy-first iOS app built around turning what you track into insight. Log anything from water, mood, and headaches to workouts and custom events, then easily build interactive graphs to spot trends, compare events side by side, and uncover patterns you’d otherwise miss.
Beyond visualisation, it offers Apple Health integration, iCloud sync with no account required, and keeps all data on your device with no ads, tracking, or subscriptions.
