I love the work of this artist, he’s taken the bic biro (or which I am very much a fan) and created a photo realism style, almost treating the biro as a paint brush.
The texture he is able to generate through layering of different stroke directions is incredible, and is something I am trying to develop.
The shear size of these pictures has to be the most incredible feet – with up to 14 biros going in to his most detailed images.
